Shipping and Handling Charges

The prices shown on the individual item’s page include the required Value Added Tax and all other price components.

In addition to the listed prices we charge a flat fee of 8 Euro for delivery within German, per order. The fee for delivery to other parts of the European Union or Switzerland is 15 Euro. Those delivery charges are also shown to you on the item’s webpage, in the shopping cart system and on the order pages.

For Cash On Delivery (COD) delivery and additional fee of Euro 2 will be charged by the sender. There are no additional taxes or charges.

Credit card payments: Your credit card account will charged when orders are completed. The actual funds transfer will occur when the merchandise leaves our facilities.

Generally we send orders via GLS General Logistics Systems Germany GmmbH & Co OHG, 85435 Erding to recipiants in the following European nations: Germany (no island delivery), Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland,Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxemburg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom and outside of Europe the United States of America.

Delivery time: For items ready for immediately shipping approximately 1 to 3 days. Different delivery times are noted on individual product pages.

Shipping to countries outside the European Union

Shippments to other countries will be made by qualified agent after we consult with recipient/purchasor.
